Storing and buffering of paper rolls

Fully automated storage and buffer systems from MSB supplement the range of roll conveying systems that we offer to the paper industry. They can be deployed either as components added-on to existing roll conveying systems or as a complete solution. Whatever the case, their seamless mechanical and electrical integration into the entire production process is warranted. Transport and warehouse control systems are fully networked with each other and thus form a closed unit within the logistics chain in production.

Adapted individually to the needs of our customers, storage and buffer systems from MSB can undertake a variety of different tasks:

• Identify, measure, weigh and check the rolls before they are put into the warehouse
• Positioning of the rolls at the appropriate intersection points
• Retrieve of rolls from the warehouse system concerned
• Commissioning of transport charges made of single paper rolls
