Lowerator: To change the level of the roll transport within a conveying line Lowerators or Elevators are installed. The lowering/lifting movements are executed by a frequency controlled electrical drive unit and a counterweight for power optimisation. With this technology high lifting/lowering speeds of up to 1 m/second can be realised.

Tragkettenfoerderer

Chain Conveyor: The Chain Conveyors inside the conveying system are equipped with two duplex-chains. The standard tension of the chains is tempered through the conveyor’s internal weight. If the maximum possible extension of the chain is reached, this is indicated by an initiator to the control system. In order to avoid collisions between the single pallets and to reduce the amount of drive units, blocks of eight pallets are put together. They are then transported together in sequence.

Palettennoteinlagerung

Manual Pallet Input-Output Point: The Manual Pallet Input-Output Points are used for manual feeding and discharging of the conveying system in the event of a failure. With this option, empty pallets can be taken into the core manufacturing plant and full pallets can be discharged. For this task a chain conveyor with a lifting device is necessary.

Palettenaufgabe

Pallet Feeding and Discharge Station: The Pallet Feeding and Discharge Station is used to feed empty transport pallets into the conveying system and to withdraw full pallets from the conveying system. Transport medium chain conveyors are necessary. On the forklift’s protection device a scanner is laterally mounted for the identification of the pallets.

Transportpalette

Transport Pallet: The Transport Pallet is used to pick up two complete core packages. The support construction is made of sturdy square steel profile. To ensure exact positioning, each pallet is inserted with both a circular and a long slot connector. The upper frame of the pallet consists of two mechanically machined cavities to receive the core packages.

Drehtisch

Turntable: The Turntable is used to change the transport direction within the conveying system. The drive unit of the turntable is executed by a frequency controlled motor. The turning movement is supported by a slewing rim with outer gear teeth. There is a roller conveyor mounted onto the Turntable.

Hub-Eckumsetzer

90°- Lift- Conveyor: The 90°-Lift- Conveyor is used for a simultaneous change of the transport level and a change of the transport direction of the transport pallet. Here, the pallets are fed onto the 90°- Lift- Conveyor by a roller conveyor and leave the station through a chain conveyor. The roller conveyor is completed as a single level type with a recess for the chain conveyor. Two stopping positions are recommended for both full and empty transport pallets.

Rollgang

Roller Conveyor: All Roller Conveyors which are integrated into the conveying system are completed with a two level design. The full pallets are transported on the upper levels. The support rollers are equipped with lateral wheel flanges to guide the transport pallets. The support rollers are transported by a standard chain that links one roller with the other. The drive motor is connected by a chain drive to the support rollers.

Querwagen

Trolley: The Trolley is used for distribution of the transport pallets within the conveying system. It is equipped with a frequency controlled drive unit. The shifting movements are executed by a standard sets of wheels which travels on rails from the crane construction industry. A twin level roller conveyor is mounted onto the trolley.

Hubbuehne

Lift Station: Similar to the lowerator, the Lift Station is used to change the level of the pallet transport within a conveying line. Lift Stations are installed in the case of low deviations. The lifting movement is executed by a frequency controlled drive unit and a counterweight for power optimisation.
