It is one of the leading manufacturers in Europe of conveyor systems, especially for the paper, automotive and foundry industries. MSB offers planning, manufacture, assembly and maintenance from one source. Our customers include well-known companies with European and global operations in the paper, foundry and automotive industries as well as other sectors with an automation requirement. We are looking to fill the following vacancies in the short term to strengthen our team:
Project engineer (m/f)
Your duties:
- Technical project planning on the basis of functional specifications or tenders for conveying equipment and one-off systems
- Preparing the technical concept for implementation
- Laying out and dimensioning plant components
- Creating quantity structures and calculations
- Preparing technical offers, specifications, time schedules with the associated descriptions and calculations
- Conducting technical negotiations with customers and suppliers
Your profile:
- Engineering science degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics
- Some experience in plant construction or mechanical engineering and knowledge of design/project planning work would be an advantage
- Confident in using MS Office applications and CAD
Designer (m/f)
Your duties:
- Independently designing new and further developing existing mechanical sub-assemblies through to complex conveyor machines
- Preparing detail designs, piece lists and all the documents required for internal production
- Preparing technical documentation
Your profile:
- Qualification as a state certified technician or engineer in mechanical engineering or construction technology, preceded by vocational training in a mechanical profession
- Professional experience as a designer for special purpose machinery, preferably for conveyor systems
- Very good knowledge of CAD, preferably AutoCAD/Inventor
